JD'S BACON DEVILED EGGS

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 Hard Boiled Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise or Ranch...

  • 2 tsp. Yellow Mustard

  • 2 tsp. Vinegar

  • 1 Scoop JD's Salsa Seasoning Hot or Mild

-Slice eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Set whites aside.

-Place yolks in bowl with mayo, mustard, vinegar ,crumbled bacon and JD’s Salsa Seasoning. Mash gently with a fork.

-Stuff egg white halves with mixture and garnish with paprika and more bacon if desired.

-Chill and serve For the Guacamole version, make JD’s guacamole and add to the mix…
 

Chill, serve and watch a platter disappear in 30 seconds... repeat


JD’s Guacamole Recipe
•4 – Avocado
•1 Scoop JD’s Salsa Seasoning
•2 tbsp. Lime Juice
-Remove Avocado from shell
-Mix seasoning and avocado together
